Through this Internet Privacy Statement, we want to reassure users of the Site that we will not sell, share, or rent user information to others in a manner different than as set forth in this Internet Privacy Statement.
We use a credit card processing company to bill purchasers of goods from the Site, and we also use outside distributors and delivery companies to assist us in fulfilling and delivering orders. We share with them only the information necessary to enable such card processing and fulfillment and delivery of goods.
Our users’ personal information will not be shared, sold, or rented to any organization outside of Original Auto Parts and our financial and order fulfillment affiliates.
Excellency Auto Parts occasionally sends our customers and users of the Site announcements and updates, containing important information which we believe will be of value to them.

30 Days Warranty

We back our parts with a standard 30 days warranty and we stand by that guarantee.
This warranty covers defective parts and items sent incorrectly. We offer a parts only warranty. NO LABOR COSTS are covered for any part sold by
Excellency Auto Parts .
In the event that the part is defective we will first attempt to replace it and if a replacement cannot be sent we will issue a refund for the total sale amount.

Excellency Auto Parts is not responsible for items delivered to the address given at the time of sale according to tracking information but not taken into possession by the customer.
If the part/parts ordered and in any event is not needed, there will be 25% Restocking fees and one way shipping cost. The rest will be refunded.
Excellency Auto Parts does not pay for return shipment if the part is defective. The customer is responsible to ship the part back with his/her expense and this is not reimbursed In the event a reorder is made prior to return of the first part we will require payment for the second part and refund the initial order upon return. Return \ shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Upon contacting
Excellency Auto Parts please provide a detailed explanation as to why the part is being returned. In the event a part is returned that does not fit the specifications listed in this warranty
Excellency Auto Parts reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts in the refund.

Return Policy

Parts must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for refunds. If beyond 30 days, there will be a 25% Restocking fees applicable. Parts ordered for testing or trial purpose will not be available for return. Partial parts will not be taken back for refund. Every part we sell is uniquely marked with our own specification. Any part that is returned without its original form (Excluding the shipping damage) the refund will not be processed. Any return, must be processed only after a phone call to us and a RMA, without which, the returns will not be accepted and the shipment will be refused. Returning the part is customer’s responsibility and a return tracking number must be provided. Once the RMA is sent, the part must be returned within 7 business days. Once the part is returned, we will be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund on the original purchase price. The refund will be processed to the accounts team, after inspection and verification of the part returned.

The part shipped to the customer that NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS in order to send the part back if its defective or damaged, however if its not installed then the Warranty will be Voided. Items Ordered for ‘testing purposes only’ or ordered incorrectly by the customer will not be available for return. Verify with a mechanical or body expert the actual part needed before ordering. We do a very good job at sending correct parts and would ask you, our customer to do the necessary research before ordering.
Items returned after the warranty period will not be refunded and will be returned to sender. Parts must be received within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date in order to be accepted.
PARTS ARE UNIQUELY IDENTIFIED BY MARKINGS ON THE PART. Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped (excluding items damaged in shipping and verified by a Used Autoparts Hub representative) will not be refunded. ALL PROBLEMS MUST BE IN WRITING via MAIL, EMAIL OR FAX to verify a problem with a particular part or installation. If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part please notify our customer service department. DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK BEFORE RECEIVING A RETURN AUTORIZATION NUMBER (RA#).
Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer and Used Autoparts Hub must be provided with a return tracking number when the item is returned. The item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the RA#. The return address will be provided at the time we are contacted. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RA#. Items returned to Used Autoparts Hub will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RA# instructions, at the customer’s expense.
Once the item is returned we will gladly issue a full refund on the original purchase price or send a replacement part. Once the item is returned it will be inspected and upon approval a credit request will be forwarded to accounting. Customer refunds are issued once the returned part has been verified and inspected.

Shipping Policy

The parts that are shipped initially is Bourne by the company and we do not charge our customers for non- freight items. Once the part is shipped and if not accepted by the customer, or simply refused, there will be a 25% restocking fees. If the part is damaged during shipping from our side,
Excellency Auto Parts takes care of the claim with the shipping company. Similarly, if the part shipped by the customer to our location and is damaged during transit, the customer is liable for all the losses and there will be no refund or a partial refund will be issued based on the severity of the damage Any freight item that is being shipped, the customer must and should have a business address at a commercial location. Else, any business address should have access to a 16 or 18 wheeler trucks.
Customers are obliged to have any sort of unloading material to unload the freight from the truck. If the unloading material is provided from the shipping company,
Excellency Auto Parts has the rights to charge the customers $125 from their account. Once the part is dispatched for delivery, the customer is obliged to be present at the location for acceptance. If this is skipped, the customer must pick the part from the nearest terminal or upon agreement, the customer will pay $110 for reschedule. If a part is being shipped to Canada, the customer is liable for a border fees which amounts to 30-40 percent of the cost of the part. This cost is to the government and this is non-refundable.

Terms & Condition

Below are some exceptions that will either void a warranty or are exceptions to our 30 day standard warranty

Engines are complete assemblies including manifolds, oil pan, timing belts and covers, fuel injection or carburetor, we guarantee only the long block. The manifolds, gaskets, seals, hoses, oil pan, timing belts and covers, fuel injection or carburetor, are not. Accessories such as but not limited to Turbos, Starters, air compressors, alternator, power steering pumps, optical distributors or electrical water pumps are usually not included nor under warranty in regards to the sale and/or warranty of an engine. If these parts are purchased separately they will be under warranty. Other items that may need to be replaced are the water pump, distributor cap, spark plugs and wires and possibly timing chain.
Excellency Auto Parts will not be held liable for these parts listed as they are considered high-wear parts
Instrument and Speedometer Clusters : We do not guarantee mileage. For particular vehicles such as but not limited to Lexus, Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Cadillac the customer will be required to take the cluster to a dealership to have the unit reprogrammed.
Excellency Auto Parts will not return or refund any units until the customer can provide written documentation from an Authorized Dealer proving the part was reprogrammed and still not functioning properly.
Carburetors: We guarantee only the ability to be rebuilt 
Rotors are guaranteed to be machinable only since normal use can leave them slightly warped. They will be guaranteed against cracks or non-machinable surface damage.
Cylinder heads are guaranteed to not be warped or cracked. Rings and valves may need to be re-machined.
Orders of “Block Only” (Short or Long Block) are guaranteed to be rebuildable only.
Electrical items such as engine computers and body control modules, transmission modules, transfer case modules are only guaranteed to have the correct manufacturer part number and are not sold for testing purposes. All electrical items have a replacement warranty only. Up to one replacement will be sent in order to rectify a non-working module. Modules may need to be reset by the dealer. In the event this is required the part cannot be returned until verified by the dealer that the part has been reset properly. Electrical parts that have been modified in any way will not be refunded.
Struts are sold with working condition warranty only. We do not guarantee to actual ride quality of the shocks or springs. We do guarantee that the springs and strut tower will be in working condition. However, shocks may need to be replaced to improve ride quality.
Control arms are guaranteed to be true and straight. Any rubber bushings or non-metal parts attached to control arms are not guaranteed.
Bushings and Ball Joints are not guaranteed on parts
Transmissions: We guarantee that it will shift properly, gears to be good and bearings to be good. Thoroughly clean all components of the transmission including oil pan before assembly. Replace oil and filter in all automatic transmissions. You must replace ALL seals and gaskets prior to installation. Flush & flow test cooler and lines. Fully engage torque converter in front pump. Manual transmission you must install a new clutch, pressure plate, and slave cylinder. You must also have your fly wheel turned prior to installation. Fill and check fluid to insure proper levels
Seals in turbos are not guaranteed to be perfect. These seals may need replacing during the warranty period. Doors are complete assemblies however they are not guaranteed to come with such accessories as windows, window regulators, handles, hinges, or interior panels. We only guarantee the door shell.
Other body parts such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, quarter panels, and header panels are not guaranteed to come with hinges, hood ornaments, latches, trim, headlights, or grilles.
Specific colors may be requested for body parts, but a color match is not guaranteed. We recommend that body parts be repainted to match your vehicle. Body parts that do not match the color of your vehicle will not be available for return for that reason.
